This home is near Comanche and Tramway streets in the Glenwood Hills neighborhood of Albuquerque, New Mexico. The main living room roof was removed and raised, and the wood beams were re-used. The remodel consisted of moving structural walls and fixing foundation and framing deficiencies left over from the original construction. A bedroom and bath addition were added to the home. All finishes were replaced including cabinets, flooring and all new bathrooms. All new water efficient landscaping and an outdoor cooking and living area were part of the remodel.
