John Kaltenbach Homes was selected to be the builder of the Bell Trading Post Homes project near downtown Albuquerque through a competitive bidding process. The project was developed by the non-profit organization Family Housing Development Corporation with cooperation from the City of Albuquerque. A certain percentage of the project had to go to qualified low income buyers. They styles of the homes were a unique mix of styles found in the neighborhood.
