Born and raised in New Mexico, John
Kaltenbach started his home building company in 1986. He established John
Kaltenbach Homes in Albuquerque in 1993 and Santa Fe in 1996, building
custom homes in a variety of price ranges. He has served as
President of the Home Builders Association, and been on the board of
directors for Habitat for Humanity, and the New Mexico Chapter of
