How much does a custom home cost?

Custom homes in Albuquerque and Santa Fe usually start at over $125 per heated square foot without the land. Most of the homes you see on this website vary in cost from $145 per square foot to $300 per square foot. The cost of the lots we build on vary in price from $40,000 to over $200,000.

How long does it take to design and build a custom home?

It can take several months to design your dream home. The construction can take from 6 months to over a year. For the entire design-build process, you should plan on about one full year. It could take more, but probably not less.
